1. You Apply
Your organization begins by completing our AED Donation Application Form. This helps us learn more about your community, your needs, and how an AED could make a life-changing impact. At Bailey’s Heart & Soul Foundation, every application is thoughtfully reviewed.
2. We Review with Care
We look at eligibility, community readiness, and overall need, all while keeping our mission at the center: empowering hearts, strengthening communities, and saving lives together.
3. A Heart-Centered Partnership
If selected, your organization will be invited to sign our Give-Back Partnership Agreement before receiving the AED. This agreement reflects our shared commitment to stewardship, preparedness, and giving back, ensuring the AED continues to serve your community with purpose and responsibility.
